Meditation is not just a form of relaxation, but an exercise for concentration. Meditation of all forms have proven time and time again that it leads to benefits across all aspects of life! As mediations have been shown to improve mental, physical, cognitive, and spiritual health!
Science has been backing up all these claims! Through many studies of all forms of health, we have plenty of scientific proof of the wide variety of benefits that meditation has to offer! From improving memory, lowering pain, reducing depression, and so much more!

Meditation is a tool to understand who you are and what you are, as well as to understand the world and universe you live in. As trying to explain the benefits of just simple meditations will always lead to an under valuing the actual experiences and benefits! I highly suggest everyone to do a some sort of meditation practices!
