Ellis Hernandez:
Ellis Hernandez has spent years studying and living the traditions he now teaches — weaving together Daoist internal arts, Vedantic philosophy, Yoga, Qi gong, and the deeper currents of inner alchemy into a practice built on direct experience rather than borrowed belief. Guiding practitioners through the kind of embodied transformation that comes only from consistent, disciplined practice — on the mat, in stillness, and in community. His approach draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine, the science of Yoga, and many mystical traditions, translated into practical tools for integration rather than abstraction.
 SYDNI BOUGERE:
Sydni’s foundation is yoga — a practice she’s lived with long enough to trust its ability to open the body before it opens anything else. She brings Reiki into her offerings as a complement, a way to meet people energetically once the body has softened and settled. Guiding participants into somatic release, playful connection with nature and spirit, and deep energetic healing, she creates space for transformation that’s felt, not just intellectualized. Her approach holds the discipline of a grounded yoga practice alongside room for wonder — inviting people to loosen their grip on control and rediscover a sense of play along the way.
